Integrate UK is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Fundraising and Communications Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis for one year.
About us
We are a youth led charity that empowers young people to take an active and positive role in transforming the society they live in. Everything we highlight is important and serious, from Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), to forced marriage, violence against women and girls (VAWG), extremism and Islamophobia. Our young activists lead our work and are the heart of our organisation, from designing creative projects, delivering peer education workshops nationally, working in the office or sitting on the board of trustees.
About you
You will be knowledgeable and driven about the issues Integrate UK addresses. Up for a challenge, you will be motivated, eager to learn and have the ability to work on different projects at one time. Organised and outgoing, you will have great presentation and communication skills as well as experience using multiple social media platforms for marketing. You will be able to spot fundraising and communication opportunities, and make a success of them. This role would suit a graduate looking for their first role in charity comm’s and fundraising to kick start their career.
About the role
The successful applicant will go on to be part of the interview process to secure funding for this post from Time to Shine, an initiative from the National Lottery for Communities. Interviews will be held on Monday 4th November 19 and there will be a further interview with the funder on Tuesday 19 November all day. Please only apply if you are available on these dates.
